Nakilat has been presented with the Annual Qatarization Award for ‘Supporting Training & Development’ at the Energy and Industry Sector’s 2018 Annual Qatarization Review Meeting held on 30th April 2018.
Nakilat held its bi-annual Fleet Officers Meeting (FOM) from 30 April to 1 May 2018 in Doha. The event was attended by officers from Nakilat’s LNG and LPG fleets, including those working onboard the vessels recently transitioned to Nakilat-management.
Nakilat announced its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018 with a net profit of QR 217 million compared to QR 191.4 million of the same period last year in 2017, with an increase of 13%.
Nakilat is the first company in Qatar which has been certified to the new ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S) standard issued by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance
